Marvel Has Scripts for Ms. Marvel and Blade Movies They Won’t Ever Make

The Hollywood Reporter stated Marvel Studios has scripts for a Ms. Marvel feature film and the Blade reboot; scripts that I bet will never be used. Marvel Studios recently re-acquired the rights to Daredevil, Ghost Rider, and the Punisher, and I have a feeling none of those potentially great films will ever be made either.

There are constantly hints and rumors that Marvel Studios will be making Doctor Strange, Iron Fist, the Black Panther and the Runaways movies. When the heck would they have time to make all these movies? Never; it is impossible!

Phase 2 has no room for Daredevil, Black Panther, or any of these other awesome characters.

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige told Entertainment Weekly that ”Whenever a character comes back to us, it’s usually because the other studios don’t want to make the movies anymore — and that usually means the [previous] movies have not been well-received… They all have potential, but we’re not going to say, ‘We got it back — make it!”

I wish someone other than Marvel had the Black Panther rights so we could see the classic film we deserve.

Marvel studios may be re-acquiring these properties to simply buy out its competition. I have a feeling Marvel Studios would also acquire the DC character’s film rights if they had the chance; to kill the competition and ensure DC characters would not compete with the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

If we are really lucky, we will see one of these characters get their own movie, and that will probably be ten years from now. Stage 3 may feature Dr. Strange, but I even doubt that. Marvel Studios seem to be doing just fine making Bazillions of dollars shoving the Avengers down our throats. People can keep writing scripts for these characters (Character that I love and would die to see a good movie version of), but I really doubt Marvel Studios is ever going to give these great characters the time of day.
