Lightsaber Candles for Our Jewish Jedi

Hanukkah’s looming on the horizon and after years and years of the same old boring “Festival of Lights”, you may be wondering how to spice up this Maccabeean Holiday with a little fanboy flare. Well, stow away that trendy Klingon sweet potato latke recipe and break out some of these awesome lightsaber candles!

That’s right, the folks over at ThinkGeek have irrevrently introduced the world to holiday candles in the form of everyone’s favorite ‘ancient weapon’. That’s great news for all of our Jewish Jedi…just check out the video below:

If you’re not too concerned with offending your dear old Bubby, these candles could potentially make the world’s greatest menora. Just use a little bit of superglue, some nimble craftmanships, and voila…you’ll one of the world’s first Jedi candleabras. I must warn you though, these are steeply priced at $29.99, but if you save all of your gelts, you’ll have no problem affording it. You can at least buy one for the shamash…(the cool attendant candle if you’re one of our gentile readers).
