Joseph Gordon-Levitt Expresses Interest In JUSTICE LEAGUE

We all know by now that at the end of The Dark Knight Rises Joseph Gordon Levitt’s character John Blake took up the mantle of Batman after the faking of Bruce Wayne’s death, and that’s resulted in a lot of speculation that we’ll see another Batman movie, with Blake as the main character. Gordon-Levitt previously said that he thought the ending gave proper closure to the franchise, and he never saw it as a way to continue the story. But last night, speaking with MTV News at the premiere of Looper, Gordon-Levitt expressed some interest in starring in DC’s superhero team-up movie Justice League, given the right director and script is attached of course.

“It always depends. I always pick projects that I want to be involved in for the same reasons. Is the script really good? Is the filmmaker a really inspired artist that I feel connected to? That’s what I always pay attention to.”

I personally would rather see a rebooted Batman in the League, and I’m sure Warner Bros would too. But would you like to see John Blake as Batman in Justice League? Share your thoughts below.

I have been reborn amidst salt and smoke to lead UTF against the darkness. I'm also an amateur writer and filmmaker as well as having played the 16th Doctor and invented penicillin. Also, deceased.
