Is Dwayne Johnson Really GREEN LANTERN John Stewart in BATMAN VS SUPERMAN?

More and more rumors are buzzing around the internet of villians (Lex Luthor, and the Joker) and surprise superhero guests (Wonder Woman and the Flash ) in the 2015/2016 upcoming Batman VS Superman movie. Acoording to multiple sources, a few months ago Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson annouced that he was doing a DC film. There are rumors saying that he could possibly wield the Green Lanten ring and replace Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds). As one of the Rocks biggest fans, I for one would love to see him put on the Green Lantern suit The Rock himself posted this on instagram post

He talks about working with Producer Hiram Garcia,and also drops the hashtag #JohnStewartCanStillWhupSupermansAss. As we all know John Stewart was also a Green Lantern in the Justice League series on Cartoon Network, which leads to wonder if there is a hint of him appering in the Justice League Movie that is in the works.

Could this be real or is he just playing with our emotions and could DC also decide to do their own Green Lantern spin-off without Ryan Reynolds, and remake with the Rock as the main Green Lantern? There is just too many questions left unanswered. Already knowing that he is the most Electrifying man in all of entertainment could the Rock pull of the Green Lantern. He alreadys stands for Truth, Justice, and His Will is Strong. So as the Rumor Mill keeps buzzing, I will keep you posted on whats next for the Rock and what DC has in store for their fans like you and me.

    I’m actually getting tired of seeing rumors of the rock possibly being green lantern. There is no real indication of this and now people are just excepting this as true all because of a hashtag. The rock would be way cooler as lobo. I like the rock, Jon Stewart green lantern not so much. Jon Stewart is such a bland no personality character that I see this character being made up as they go Which is a disaster waiting to happen. People want to see the real green lantern, Hal Jordan. Contrary to popular belief Ryan Reynolds did a great job with. He had the look and the smart ass personality. Picking and/or changing characters just for the sake of diversity, ie. the next johnnie storm is black and rumors of dr. Doom being changed to a woman, is getting really old…
