Ben Affleck Denies JUSTICE LEAGUE Involvement

There have been a lot of rumors back and forth about whether Ben Affleck was involved as director in the highly anticipated Justice League movie.

Looks like we finally have our  answer, in an interview with 24 Hours Vancouver Affleck stated:

“I’m not working on the Justice League. One of the problems with entertainment web sites is that they need to fill pages, and that’s how rumours get started.”

“Justice League sounds really exciting, but it’s not something I’m working on.”

Ardent fanboys have tried deriving a possibly ambiguous meaning from his phrasing, suggesting while he isn’t working on it currently, he doesn’t outright say he will not be directing it but in all likelihood they are just clutching at straws.
