Zero #8 Review

After what happened in the last issue of Zero it can be said that the series was thrown through a little loop but what will happen next. Read on to find out more.

The Mexico event sets off a brutal change. Cooke is hunted. The killers are prepared. Zero approaches.

Zero is coming up fast in this issue and he is not taking any prisoners. AfterZero-08-1-1bb50the events of the last issue, it is clear that no one can be trusted and that we don’t know who or what is going to come after this is all said and done. Now we see our hero having to deal with some big things that are going to continue to change the world. The nice thing is that we have some great character development in this issue and there is some really big twists and turns in this issue that you will really like and have to actually read to believe.

The writing is fantastic for this issue. It does leave you a little like “really” at the end, which is kind of a down fall but, overall, that is fun and fantastic. It is great and a neat addition to the story. I really like the tone and the ability that the writer has to bring you into the story.

The art is a good part as well. I mean there is something special with this artist, the way that the story flows from panel to panel works so well that you forget that it is a comic and not a movie The colors pop off the page, even when there are very few. I would say that you would have to read it to believe it.

Zero #8 is a great addition to the story and is definitely a must read.
