Pathfinder: City of Secrets #3

What is going on with our hero’s in this new adventure of the Pathfinder series? You should be reading this series if you haven’t been. Read on to find out more.

Magnimar’s many threats emerge from the shadows as Kyra faces a deadly assassin and Merisiel must decide between her past and present lives. It’s divide and conquer as the Pathfinder heroes are pulled apart. Come see why Pathfinder is the industry’s best-selling fantasy tabletop game.

What is happening with the story beside it getting better and better, DYN0015-A_500well I am here to tell you what is going on. It seems after the last issue things are getting crazier and crazier because of the many secrets of Magnimar. First off, we have Kyra who, much like other issues, seems to get into situations that may be too much for her. It is very intense. However, there is something even better and that is the story line of Merisiel. It is so interesting and the conflict between herself is just fantastic because of the inner pain she feels. It is an awesome story that I must commend the writer on. The, overall, great story is turning out to be more and more exciting with every issue. You will really like it.

The writing for this issue is very good but there is some issues with pacing. You have this overarching story that is moving along but it takes away and brings in personal stories, which is good, but it takes from the whole. It’s really the only down fall.

The art is just as good for this story. It is quick, colorful, and more. It brings the action sequences to life so well that they bring you into the story.

Pathfinder: City of Secrets is a great story with some awesome characters, though the pacing is off.
