Captain Victory and the Galactic Rangers #3 Review

The hunt is on for Captain Victory but is clearly is not going to be an easy feat. However, the crew are not going to give up so easy. Read on to find out  more.

The hunt for Captain Victory continues – and the search for inner meaning is not far behind! The command crew of the Dreadnaught Tiger embarks on cosmic mercy missions to track down both the heart and soul of their lost captain! Read the comic book that writer Joe Casey (of the runaway hit series, Sex) promises “will probably blow your brain apart… but in a good way!”

Layout 1So this issue is very interesting because it is not like the others. The others have been about them losing their Captain and really trying to find him. It has been fun and exciting but this issue is more insightful. The crew encounters a couple new people that really reflect on what is going within themselves but in the world. It is really a look at how the Captain made their lives better and really strived to make the galaxy a better place within their own ways. There is a couple twists and turns and their are some new ideas that are brought forth that will blow your mind but it really makes you wonder where this is going.

Joe Casey is a favorite writer of mine because he is real and understands the human emotion. It really reflects in Sex and in this issue. It is fantastic. He is one to watch out for in the future of comic writing.

Nathan Fox, Jim Mahfood, and Farel Dalrymple  all do a fantastic job of bringing Joe Casey’s words to live with vivid images and awesome color. They are really great.

Captain Victory and the Galactic Rangers #3 is  a great continuation of an interesting series.
