Bob’s Burgers #3 Review

The Belcher family is a bunch of lovable weirdos that each add their own part to the comic, is this issue worth reading? Read on to find out more.

Five brand-new stories of the Belcher family! Tina’s erotic friend fiction takes us to the Wild West for a sharp shooter stand-off, Bob makes a profitable prediction, Louise imagines a fantastically unfathomable fort, Linda pitches peculiar perfumes, and Gene presents a musical that is both euphonious and amphibious. From the creative team behind Bob’s Burgers, one of the most popular animated sitcoms on television, as seen on Fox!

Layout 1So the one thing that is fun about this comic is that it constantly has new material. It may keep the same format but it really changes it up to bring out a great and unique voice to every character in the book. It is really a fun comic. First off, we have Tina who has fan fiction about the Old west that is really odd but has fun time with the genre. Bob’s burgers of the week take a really interesting turn odd burgers. Louise and her odd idea that are actually really dark goes into a fort that she makes. Linda does a great job has some fun with perfumes only a crazy person would wear. Finally, Gene’s newest musical is delightful and fun. Overall, it still maintains its charm that we love about the show.

Chad Brewster, Rachel Hastings, Mike Olsen continue to d a great job of bringing the favorite characters to life in their own way. The only thing I wish they would do or figure out how is with Gene’s story we need to hear the musical. It only does so much with reading it and I feel that they need to drop the format or make a downloadable back track to listen to while reading.

Tony Gennaro, Frank Forte, Kat Kosmala, Damon Wong continue to show us the characters that we are so used to. It is really fun and interesting.

Bob’s Burgers #3 continues to bring the quirky world to life.
