Minimum Wage #6 Review

Well our favorite everyman is getting into new hi-jinks, it’s never a normal day for Rob.

It’s a state of flux for Rob, et al. With a goodly chunk of his income about to go bye-bye, Rob seeks comfort in his stealthy relationship with Sheila. Plus, he gets roped into playing reluctant skinematographer in the conclusion of the first arc of BOB FINGERMAN’s critically acclaimed series. New issues resume in 2015!

So with Rob, you know that it can never be a normal day, even though I would consider him a very normal man MinimumWage_06-1 (1)but his life is anything but normal. This issue is nothing different. We have Rob dealing with the fact that he is losing quite a bit of money, as in his income, for a lot of reasons that are both legit and ridiculous. It is interesting because of what happens with his friends and himself. Then it continues on with his relationship with Shelia and that is odd because their relationship is not bad for each other but not great either. On the other side of this, we have Rob has been very roped into being a porn photograph, which how he gets to that point is hilarious. The sad part of this is that this is the conclusion of the series until 2015, which is soooooo far away but it ends greatly and I can’t wait to see what is next for Rob.

The writing for this issue is great and it really does a great job of tying things together while moving the story forward. The characters and situations feel real which really makes this series shine.

The art works great with the art and really does a great job with everything and showcasing a great series.

Minimum Wage is a great series that everyone should read.
