Mass Effect: Foundation #12 Review

Is redemption a possible for somebody that has hurt so many? That is a question Mass Effect: Foundation brings forth. Read on to find out more.

When Thane is given a chance at redemption, will he be able to overcome his blood-soaked past as a killer in order to have a chance at a new life?

I feel like my reviews this week have been some pretty serious stuff but 20473this one is especially fantastic. Mass Effect: Foundation has had its up and downs but there are something pretty great for this issue. The whole issue deals with Thane, who is a killer with a little bit of a conscience, and it’s all about his chance for redemption. It starts out with him being a killer and giving us a little background into Thane’s live as a assassin. It continues on to him meeting his future wife and giving up the assassin. However, things get hard and he has to continue as a assassin but tragedy ensues causing a whole mess of problems.

The writer really knows how to tug at your emotions for something that really shouldn’t. I mean my big thing is that he is not a great guy because he is an assassin but you really do feel for him and really do some interesting things that make you understand and experience empathy for this character, which, if he will continue to be in the series that we need.

The art is, also, just great. It really depicts a nice scene where things are getting crazy and the artist tones it down and allows us to really understand what this story is trying to show us.

Mass Effect: Foundation #12 is a great addition that really pulls your heart strings.
