Mars Attacks: First Born #3 Review

With the new breed of Martians being the first born Earthian, what could go wrong, right? Read on to find out more.

It’s the Martians’ warlike Nature vs the human tendency to Nurture, as “First Born” hits its penultimate point! Will the first Martian born on Earth succumb to its biologically barbaric imperative? Things take a turn for the bizarre as Ryall and Kieth build to an explosive conclusion to their latest partnership!

It seems that you can’t teach a old dog new tricks, but you can sure try Mars-FB-03-pr-1-f2aaaand that is what our hero’s are trying to do. It is silly that these this story is still being shown but it does do a great job of bringing forth some new stuff. This includes bringing a crazy monster to the front reigns of the issue. The martian that is newly born is starting to show signs of him being a martian because it is his nature to be evil and barbaric but with our hero’s we see that they begin to try and fight the monster inside. However, it seems that one side is winning but with some great moments that lead up to the ending, it is an issue that isn’t quick to lose you. It is quite refreshing and quick.

The writing is swift and quick, It is something that that takes a classic story line and brings forth a new twist with a menace that is pretty evil but you will really enjoy the way that this done.

The art is also spot on. The way that the colors and characters mesh together is a very nice change of pace because it is special. I really enjoy it quite a bit, It seems that every issue gets a little better. It is fun.

Mars Attacks: First Born is turning out to be a good story with some new aspects.
