Earth Has Won….Or Has it in New OBLIVION Trailer

“It doesn’t seem right. We won the war. Now we have to leave.”

In the upcoming film Oblivion, Earth has just won a war against an alien threat. However, the victory came at a heavy price. Earth has all but been destroyed, and all of humankind was forced to evacuate. In fact, the only humans left are the “clean-up crew” who are there to set up the drones, to watch over Earth. But….is the war really over?

The new trailer for Oblivionis pretty cool, and it really makes me want to check it out, at least eventually. This film could end up being the surprise sci-fi hit of the year. Check out the trailer!

 Oblivion is being released in normal and IMAX theaters on April 12. The film is based on the Radical Comics graphic novel of the same name, written by Joseph Kosinski, who is also directing, producing, and writing this film. Kosinski previously directed Tron: Legacy.

Universal Pictures is distributing the film, and the French Electronic band M83 is composing the music. The film stars Tom Cruise, Morgan Freeman, Olga Kurylenko, and Andrea Riseborough.

So, think you’ll watch Oblivion? It seems pretty exciting to me, and I am a big sci-fi nut, so for me, this is a no-brainer!
