Dark Ages #3 Review

Dark Ages gets a whole lot more in depth with its newest issue. However, with demons coming out everywhere is there any way to bring the world back to a civilized place. Read on to find out more.

Fortified in a secluded monastery, the heathen mercenaries discover a strange new ally in their war against the demons from the sky. But this new discovery reveals a conflict much older—and much more deadly—than any of them could have imagined.

Dark Ages is an interesting comic because the plot is pretty basic but 25664there is nothing that is basic after that. The comic book does a great job of creating new characters that are, both, sad and fun. It is is exciting to this. I, also, like the idea that the plot isn’t the focus but the things revolving around the plot, which is really cool. The nice thing about this issue is that we get a hint of the previous conflict that has occurred to bring these terrible creatures to our world. It is a great revelation and done very well. I highly recommend you reading this comic because it is really fantastic. I do think that it should move just a little bit quicker. I would like that.

Dan Abnett does a great job of fleshing out conflict and character interaction. He, also, does a great job of bringing forth this world and explaining some things that are different.  You just have to read this comic because it is very well done.

N. J. Culbard has this artist idea of what the world looks like and it works. At first, I thought that it was a little too cartoony but this works for this comic. I do love the way that the demons look. I have to think that this is the best part is the look of the demons. They are just so cool.

Dark ages is a good comic with some great visuals.
